Questions about the site, the content, corrections, or anything about Cardio Shield we have not covered.
Support & feedback
Product questions, feedback on our guides, or if something on this site is broken or wrong.
We aim to reply within one to two business days. We are a small team and we read everything.
We do not use contact forms. Email is simpler, leaves you with a copy of what you sent, and does not ask you to hand personal details to a form script. Just write to us directly at either address above.
Order questions go to the manufacturer
This is the important part, and getting it right saves you time. We publish information about Cardio Shield. We do not manufacture it, ship it, take payments for it or process refunds. If your question is about an actual order, we cannot help you and any message you send us will only delay things.
The manufacturer's customer service team handles all of the following:
- Order status and tracking numbers
- Changing a shipping address before dispatch
- Cancelling an order
- Returns and refunds under the 180-day guarantee
- Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
- Billing questions and duplicate charges
- Batch, lot number and certificate of analysis requests
Their contact details — email address and phone number — are in the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order, and are printed on the packing slip inside your parcel. That is the fastest route by a wide margin.

What we can help with
- Explaining anything on this site that is unclear
- Pointing you to the right page for a particular question
- Correcting factual errors — please do tell us if you find one
- General questions about ingredients, the formula or the guarantee terms
What we cannot help with
- Medical advice of any kind. We are not doctors. If you have a health question, ask a healthcare professional — and if your blood pressure readings concern you, please do see one.
- Anything to do with a specific order. We have no access to the order system.
- Whether Cardio Shield is right for you personally. That is a conversation for you and your doctor.
